Device Compatibility
- Our services are primarily designed for Android TV-compatible devices.
- While performance on other devices is not guaranteed, we recommend using:
- An Onn 4K Pro Streaming Device or a similar high-performance Android TV device for the best streaming experience, especially due to recent restrictions placed on Firestick devices.
- Certain Android phones, tablets, iPhones, and iPads are compatible with third-party applications.
- These third-party applications may offer both free and paid versions.
No Refunds on Digital Purchases
- All purchases, including subscriptions and TiviMate Premium activations, are:
- Non-refundable once activated or delivered
- Except in special cases determined at the sole discretion of jPoltech TV.
- Exceptions may apply where required by law.
TiviMate Premium Management
- jPoltech TV manages all TiviMate Premium accounts associated with our services.
- We retain full discretion over the activation, transfer, suspension, or deactivation of these accounts.
User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining a stable and sufficient internet connection to support streaming services.
- jPoltech TV is not liable for issues caused by:
- User equipment
- Internet outages
- Third-party service interruptions
Legal Compliance
- Users are expected to comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
- jPoltech TV is not responsible for the misuse of the service in jurisdictions where IPTV usage may be restricted or regulated.
- Misuse of the product or service may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Payment Terms, Privacy & Subscription Status
- Payment Privacy & Security
- jPoltech TV does not store or have access to your payment information.
- All transactions are securely handled through trusted third-party payment processors.
- We cannot and do not charge any customer without their explicit authorization.
- Users maintain full control over their billing settings and payment activity.
- Recurring Payments
- Subscription payments are processed on the same calendar day each month as your initial purchase.
- If the same date does not occur in a future month (e.g., the 31st in a month with 30 days), your payment will be processed on the last day of that month.
- Failed Payments & Retry Schedule
- If a payment fails, access to jPoltech TV services — including TiviMate Premium — will be disabled immediately until payment is resolved.
- For auto-renewing subscriptions, the system will automatically retry the charge after 5 days.
- jPoltech cannot override or accelerate this retry window.
- If preferred, we can cancel your current subscription and you may manually re-subscribe.
- Autopay Restrictions
- Multiple failed payments may result in removal from the auto-renewal billing system.
- Continued access requires a manual, month-to-month subscription going forward.
- Service Resumption
- If your service is resumed within 60 days of cancellation or non-payment, your TiviMate Premium access may be restored automatically at the discretion of jPoltech TV.
